Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in original packaging
• The return is due to our error (wrong item, size, or color)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or color issues caused by the customer. Each product page includes sizing guides — please refer to them before purchasing.

Returns must be requested by email at contact@snikora.com

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days of the return request.
